Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
These are the terms for using verala.app. By using the site, you agree to them. Paid coaching engagements are governed by your individual engagement letter, which overrides anything here if the two conflict.
What Verala is
Verala is a 1-on-1 communication coaching service offered by Gabriel Cuneio, an individual practitioner. It is not a medical service. If you have voice pain, persistent hoarseness, or other health concerns, please consult an ENT or a speech-language pathologist instead of (or in addition to) engaging Verala.
What we don't promise
- We do not guarantee any specific business outcome from coaching.
- Coaching results depend on you doing the drills. If you don't practice between sessions, no method moves the needle.
- The pricing on this site can change. Any quote you receive in writing for a specific engagement is what applies to that engagement.
Refunds
The Diagnostic tier is fully refundable if the first session produces no specific, actionable change. Operator-tier monthly engagements are month-to-month and cancellable anytime; the unused portion of the current month is not pro-rated. The Intensive tier is refundable on unused weeks if we mutually decide it's not working in the first two weeks.
Intellectual property
All content on this site is owned by Gabriel Cuneio. The coaching framework is an original synthesis inspired by the public communication-coaching tradition, including the publicly shared work of Vinh Giang as one originator. We do not represent Vinh Giang or reproduce his proprietary course material.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Verala is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the service. The maximum amount you can recover from Verala is the amount you paid for the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
