The loop

One thing per week. Until the room shifts.

Coaching that works isn't about fixing everything at once. It's about picking the one habit costing you the most authority right now, and drilling it until it's automatic. Then the next.

  1. STEP 01

    Record

Sixty seconds. No script. Talk about a real upcoming moment — the investor pitch on Thursday, the board update, the all-hands.

Voice memo on your phone is fine. AirDrop to the workspace. That's the only homework.

  2. STEP 02

    Diagnose

Verala transcribes locally and runs it through a coaching framework built around the five vocal foundations: rate, volume, pitch, tonality, and the pause.

You get one diagnosis. Not a checklist. The single highest-leverage thing for this clip.

  3. STEP 03

    Drill

One drill. Five minutes a day. Re-record at the end of the week. The system tracks which stage of competence you're in for every foundation.

When you move from Stage 2 (can hear it) to Stage 3 (can do it), we layer the next foundation.

Audio never leaves your machine. Transcription is done locally with open-source Whisper. Only the transcript text is sent to a coaching API. Your voice stays yours.

Gabriel Cuneio
Co-Founder & Chief Operator, RoadRunners Fast

I'm the co-founder and Chief Operator of RoadRunners Fast — a drive-thru concept in Houston with one store open and a 50-unit DFW franchise commitment signed with PMT Holdings. I came up the Chick-fil-A operator track. I know what it's like to walk into a room where the outcome depends on the first ninety seconds of your delivery.

For two years I've been building AI into the way I run the business. Last year I started recording myself before every high-stakes conversation, treating my voice as something I could practice instead of something I was stuck with. The compound effect was real. People who talked with me before and after kept asking what changed.

Verala is the system I built around that practice, opened up to a small number of founders, executives, and operators who want the same edge. You record. The system diagnoses. We pick one thing. You drill. We re-assess. That's the entire product.

I take a maximum of six clients at a time. Because I still run a drive-thru, and because the coaching only works if I'm actually paying attention to your recordings.

What clients say

We're in private beta. Real testimonials show up here when real clients write them.

You'll see real names, real photos, and real quotes — or nothing. Founder-tier coaching deserves founder-tier honesty.

Frequently asked

Honest answers, in advance.

Who is this for?
Founders, executives, and operators who walk into rooms where the outcome depends on how they deliver. Investor pitches, board meetings, all-hands, keynote panels, franchise calls. If you can already write a good argument but the room doesn't move when you speak, Verala is for you.
Who is this NOT for?
People looking for general public-speaking content, people with medical voice concerns (you want an ENT or a speech-language pathologist for that), or people who want unlimited custom coaching for $50/month. We have a fit conversation before any payment changes hands.
How is this different from a public-speaking course or a Toastmasters group?
Courses give you general theory. Toastmasters gives you practice in front of friendly strangers. Verala gives you a private diagnosis against your specific upcoming rooms, drills one thing at a time, and tracks your stage of competence as you progress. Closer to a personal trainer than a class.
Where does my audio actually go?
Local-first. Transcription runs on your machine using open-source Whisper. Only the transcript text is sent to a coaching API for the diagnosis. Your audio file never leaves your device. Coaching notes are stored in a database you control.
What if I'm bad on camera?
We don't do camera work on day one. You record audio only for the first eight weeks because the vocal foundations are the highest-leverage place to start. Video coaching is optional and only appears in the Intensive tier.
How long until I see a difference?
Most people land Stage 2 (conscious incompetence — you can hear it now) inside the first two sessions. Stage 3 (conscious competence — you can do it on purpose when concentrating) is usually 4–8 weeks of consistent drilling. Stage 4 (it's automatic) is the long game.
What's the time commitment?
Ten minutes a week minimum. One 60-90 second recording, one five-minute drill, repeated. People who put in twenty minutes a week move twice as fast. The system is designed not to add a chore to a leader's calendar.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The Operator monthly tier is month-to-month. Intensive is a six-week engagement but if it's not working after the first two weeks, full refund on the unused portion.
Do you take companies, not just individuals?
Yes — leadership teams of 4–8 people make sense as a single engagement. Different pricing, longer scoping conversation. Mention it on the intro call.
Why should I trust you with this?
I run a real operating business. I'm not a full-time coach trying to make this my whole income, which means I take a maximum of six clients at a time and I won't dilute attention to scale. If we're not a fit, I'll say so on the intro call and point you to someone better.
